Esta política explica qué datos recoge la aplicación Rate my Cat ("la app"), cómo se usan y con quién se comparten. Al usar la app, aceptas lo aquí descrito.
Para iniciar sesión usamos Google. Al hacerlo, recibimos tu nombre, correo electrónico, foto de perfil y un identificador de cuenta. Usamos estos datos para crear y mostrar tu perfil dentro de la app.
Si subes un gato, almacenamos la foto, el nombre y la etiqueta que le pongas. Las fotos pueden contener animales; te pedimos que no subas imágenes de personas identificables ni contenido inapropiado.
Guardamos tus votos (me gusta / no me gusta), tu racha diaria y los reportes que hagas sobre otros gatos.
Para comprobar que una foto contiene un gato usamos un sistema que funciona en tu propio dispositivo (Google ML Kit). Esa comprobación no envía tu foto a ningún servidor para analizarla.
La app se apoya en servicios de terceros para funcionar:
No vendemos tus datos personales a nadie.
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la propia app (Perfil → Eliminar cuenta). Al hacerlo, se borran de forma permanente tu cuenta, tus gatos, tus votos, tu racha y tus reportes, incluidas las fotos asociadas alojadas en Cloudinary.
La app no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recogemos a sabiendas datos de menores de esa edad.
Podemos actualizar esta política. Publicaremos aquí cualquier cambio, modificando la fecha de "última actualización".

This policy explains what data the Rate my Cat app ("the app") collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. By using the app, you agree to what is described here.
We use Google to sign you in. When you do, we receive your name, email address, profile photo and an account identifier. We use this to create and display your in-app profile.
If you upload a cat, we store the photo, name and tag you give it. Please do not upload images of identifiable people or inappropriate content.
We store your votes (like / dislike), your daily streak and any reports you make about other cats.
To check that a photo contains a cat, we use a system that runs on your own device (Google ML Kit). This check does not send your photo to any server for analysis.
The app relies on third-party services to work:
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account). Doing so permanently deletes your account, your cats, your votes, your streak and your reports, including the associated photos hosted on Cloudinary.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.
We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date.
